1. Account Creation and Security

  • You retain ownership of your content but grant EdCaptain a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content.
  • Do not post content violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, unlawful behavior, inactivity, or security risks.

3. EdCaptain’s Intellectual Property Rights

  • EdCaptain owns all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, services, logos, APIs, source code, and content created by EdCaptain employees.
  • You may not use, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any EdCaptain proprietary content without explicit permission.

4. Risk and Liability

  • EdCaptain provides content “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or suitability.
  • You acknowledge risks in using content related to health, wellness, or physical activities. EdCaptain is not liable for any harm arising from such content.
  • Be cautious sharing personal information on the platform; EdCaptain is not responsible for user interactions or their consequences.

  • EdCaptain may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse their content or practices and recommend reviewing their policies.

6. Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Provide detailed information about the infringement to facilitate prompt action.
  • EdCaptain may disable or remove infringing content and terminate repeat offenders’ accounts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
